International school recruitment
Helping international schools find the best staff
We are specialists at providing international schools with the best staff the world has to offer. As a dedicated agency for international school recruitment, we spend our time speaking to qualified teachers who are keen to utilise their skills in an international setting.
Many of our teachers are already working internationally and are looking for a new challenge, whilst others are excited to start their first international teaching post.
What’s more, we are part of The Classroom Partnership, an education recruitment and training organisation with over 20 years’ worth of history. We have built up an enviable database of qualified teaching candidates, meaning we are confident that we can provide the perfect teaching personnel for your school.
ITP One events
Would you like to get ahead of the competition and attract the best teachers to your school? Our ITP events help you do just that.
We organise exclusive events, for and on behalf of international school leaders. Our team take your staffing worries away by organising one-on-one interviews with qualified teaching staff who are committed to working abroad.
You are able to interview them face to face, talk about your school and its ethos before deciding on whether to offer them a role.
Discuss your recruitment needs with your ITP expert recruitment consultant. We will come out to your school or arrange a Skype call in order to get a thorough understanding of the various roles you require; the challenges, the culture as well as the expectations of teaching at your school.
Let us do all the work. We handpick candidates that fit the brief! We will make sure that candidates meet the eligibility of each individual role and the “non-negotiables” of the school’s recruitment policy and culture.
We showcase your employer brand and attract the best teachers in the market not just on the market. We recognise that the best candidates are not always looking for work. We utilise our industry-leading multi-channel sourcing strategy to maximise exposure to your vacancies including LinkedIn, professional networking sites, job boards, universities as well as our extensive database.
A personalised shortlist. You don’t need to review a single CV. We deliver a tailored shortlist of candidates that fit your school. They are tried and tested and pre-qualified by your consultant. Your job is simple, meet them and choose the best.
One day (or two) of your time. In just one day you interview all the candidates and select the best. Meet the candidates in wonderful surroundings paid for by the International Teaching Partnership in either London or Manchester (for 2-day events).
We will be on hand all day, not just to meet candidates, introduce them and debriefing them post-interview. We will feedback their thoughts and let you know exactly where you stand.
Meet the team
I enjoy playing golf, one of my passions has been to try and play on as many courses around the world, so far I’ve played on 5 continents.
I’ve been lucky to travel to a number of wonderful countries but my favourite would have to be the little island of Sri Lanka, I love it’s pristine beaches, top wildlife, rich culture and amazing food.
I’m the Managing Director of the ITP, I’m responsible for making sure our business delivers a first class service for candidates and clients. I work inbetween our UK and Australian offices and cover South East Asia and the Far East.
In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family, travelling to new and exciting places and going to the gym.
The most memorable place I have visited is the Maldives, it’s beautiful. I love its picturesque islands with turquoise waters and tropical fish.
I work with international schools in Europe, working with primary, SEN and secondary teachers to help them combine their love for teaching and travelling. With 8 years of experience working in education recruitment and my passion for travelling I understand international education from client and candidate perspectives.
I have travelled all over the world and have lived in countries such as Egypt, Norway and for the last 9 years the UK. I am originally from Latvia and I get on the plane every couple of months to see my family and friends. If I’m not up in the air going somewhere I am on road trips with my little dog Maizi.
Norway, specifically Western Norway; I adore the Trollstigen mountain road which winds past the Stigfossen Waterfall, it consists of eleven hairpin bends and offers breath-taking views of the mountainous terrain in Rauma, recently it was rated amongst the top 5 most dangerous roads in Europe!
I have an outstanding opportunity to cover, in my opinion, the best places to teach in the world: Abu Dhabi, Al Ain and Qatar.
Out of the office I play and sing in a country/rock band. I’m currently recording new material! I also have a nerd-level interest in pirate history.
A tiny French village in the Pyrenees Mountains called Les Cabannes. An adventurous skiing destination in the winter, a typically quaint village in the summer with crisp blue skies in the day and a unrivalled view of the stars at night.
I oversee the Middle East team but specifically recruit for schools in Dubai, Bahrain and Jordan.
I enjoy watching and playing sports and have recently rekindled my passion for playing rugby and the competition and intensity it provides.
My favourite place is Istanbul. It is a place where two worlds collide; being the only city on earth located on two continents. It feels like a major European city but is infused with a unique and intoxicating culture that is somewhat Arabic but ultimately one of a kind. I really enjoyed being immersed in a city with such a rich history, seeing the architecture of the blue mosque and taking boat trips on the Bosporus River.
I help candidates realise the cultural and heritage of Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman.
