About The International Teaching Partnership
The International Teaching Partnership is a specialist international teacher recruitment agency which delivers whole school workforce solutions to the world’s international schools. For teachers and education professionals we provide them with the opportunity to work in schools across the world.
As part of one of the UK’s longest established education staffing groups we’ve been placing thousands of classroom practitioners and school leaders into thousands of schools across the UK and internationally since 1999.
By working with partner schools around the world, we are able to help teachers and education professionals fulfil their dream of working abroad. Whether that’s the sandy beaches of Australia or the winding, romantic streets of Rome we have a role to suit every ambition.
Headquartered in London and Adelaide we deliver executive search assignments or fully-managed whole school campaigns including full mobilisation services on behalf of our partner schools.

Meet the team
I enjoy playing golf, one of my passions has been to try and play on as many courses around the world, so far I’ve played on 5 continents.
I’ve been lucky to travel to a number of wonderful countries but my favourite would have to be the little island of Sri Lanka, I love it’s pristine beaches, top wildlife, rich culture and amazing food.
I’m the Managing Director of the ITP, I’m responsible for making sure our business delivers a first class service for candidates and clients. I work inbetween our UK and Australian offices and cover South East Asia and the Far East.
In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family, travelling to new and exciting places and going to the gym.
The most memorable place I have visited is the Maldives, it’s beautiful. I love its picturesque islands with turquoise waters and tropical fish.
I work with international schools in Europe, working with primary, SEN and secondary teachers to help them combine their love for teaching and travelling. With 8 years of experience working in education recruitment and my passion for travelling I understand international education from client and candidate perspectives.
I have travelled all over the world and have lived in countries such as Egypt, Norway and for the last 9 years the UK. I am originally from Latvia and I get on the plane every couple of months to see my family and friends. If I’m not up in the air going somewhere I am on road trips with my little dog Maizi.
Norway, specifically Western Norway; I adore the Trollstigen mountain road which winds past the Stigfossen Waterfall, it consists of eleven hairpin bends and offers breath-taking views of the mountainous terrain in Rauma, recently it was rated amongst the top 5 most dangerous roads in Europe!
I have an outstanding opportunity to cover, in my opinion, the best places to teach in the world: Abu Dhabi, Al Ain and Qatar.
Out of the office I play and sing in a country/rock band. I’m currently recording new material! I also have a nerd-level interest in pirate history.
A tiny French village in the Pyrenees Mountains called Les Cabannes. An adventurous skiing destination in the winter, a typically quaint village in the summer with crisp blue skies in the day and a unrivalled view of the stars at night.
I oversee the Middle East team but specifically recruit for schools in Dubai, Bahrain and Jordan.
I enjoy watching and playing sports and have recently rekindled my passion for playing rugby and the competition and intensity it provides.
My favourite place is Istanbul. It is a place where two worlds collide; being the only city on earth located on two continents. It feels like a major European city but is infused with a unique and intoxicating culture that is somewhat Arabic but ultimately one of a kind. I really enjoyed being immersed in a city with such a rich history, seeing the architecture of the blue mosque and taking boat trips on the Bosporus River.
I help candidates realise the cultural and heritage of Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman.
