ITP One is an exclusive event, organised for and on behalf of international school leaders. Our team take your staffing worries away by organising one-on-one interviews with qualified teaching staff who are committed to working abroad.
We will speak with you prior to organising the event so that we understand your school’s staffing requirements. During the one or two day event, you will meet candidates who meet your specific criteria. The will have been registered by the ITP, referenced, cleared for employment and ready for when your school is hiring.
Organised, just for you, our ITP One events ensure your visit to the UK is productive and worthwhile to your school.
How does it work?
A personalised shortlist. You don’t need to review a single CV. We deliver a tailored shortlist of candidates that fit your school. They are tried and tested and pre-qualified by your consultant. Your job is simple, meet them and choose the best.
We will be on hand all day, not just to meet candidates, introduce them and debriefing them post-interview. We will feedback their thoughts and let you know exactly where you stand.
